Return Policy

If not fully satisfied, you may return your Anna Made drawing by adhering to the following conditions:

1. If you are an international customer, you MUST notify us when you have received your drawing. We track all U.S. orders with Delivery Confirmation, so we know when those arrive.

2. You have three days after the arrival date in which to decide you wish to return your purchase. If this is your decision, you must email us with your intentions WITHIN this three day period.

3. The drawing must be returned in perfect condition via the method it was shipped to you (USPS First Class or USPS Airmail Letter Post) WITH ALL of its accompanying paperwork: receipts, letters from the artist, etc. Your original shipping costs are nonrefundable and you are responsible for return costs.

4. If we receive your return in perfect condition with all paperwork, we will refund your money.

5. Although not necessary, we appreciate knowing why you chose to return your Anna Made portrait. Feedback is always helpful! If you encounter a problem with your transaction, we will make every effort to resolve it. Your satisfaction is ours!

Privacy Policy

Under the present copyright law, which became effective Jan. 1, 1978, a work is automatically protected by copyright when it is created. A work is created when it is "fixed" in an original drawing or in a copy for the first time. Neither registration in the Copyright Office nor publication is required for copyright protection under the present law.

No Anna Made works may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without the written permission of Anna Made. Purchasing or obtaining a drawing, print, or any artwork does not give to the purchaser any of the following exclusive rights granted to the copyright holder Anna Made:

* To use our trademark name - Anna Made - in titles or descriptions.

* To create derivative works from Anna Made works.

* To reproduce or distribute copies of our works to the public by sale.

* To use all the text, logo, photographs, images, products: their titles and descriptions, designs, etc. used in our eBay auctions or our web sites and in the finished products which we design, create, produce, sell, etc.
